Veggies on veggies y'all
Farmer availability opened up this week and I got one of everything: spicy baby mustard greens. Charred tomatoes. Mixed green beans. Corny croutons. FANCY RANCH. I said it. And hard-boiled eggs, because protein is important. And you know that means that this week you can order a pint of your own fancy ranch without thinking ahead and emailing me first (but for the record, if you do think of it in advance and email me, I'll make you ranch anytime.)
Coming back for the fall menu is the Chicken & Stuffing: A mix of white and cornbread cubes, celery, sautéed peppers, and African squash so you get your veggies. Lemon-honey marinated chicken to crisp up in the oven. You've been asking for it, and it's finally happening.
Back in stock are the Pork, Rice & Greens (Chard! Collards!) and the Vegan Ma Po Tofu.
I'm planning the Thanksgiving menu this week--PLEASE take a moment to fill out the form (I got real editorial in the responses, it's fun) and let me know what you need and how you want it.
